The most beautiful beaches in Budoni

- Uncategorized

A lovely seaside town steeped in history and tradition, Budoni in the municipality of Gallura on the border with Baronìa, offers stunning beaches with fine sand and crystal-clear waters.

Budoni is a holiday paradise in the province of Sassari with rocky tracts of coastline, coves and long beaches with fine sand. The small, idyllic town of Budoni with its stone buildings offers unspoilt beaches and breath-taking views.

Among the most beautiful beaches of Agrustos, is Li Cucutti, located in a small rocky inlet and Li Cuppulati, a sandbar separating the sea and the inland water area, and Cala Ottiolu, one of the most popular beaches with its shallow, green waters.

Cala di Budoni is a wonderful beach, four kilometre’s of fine white sand lapped by crystal-clear waters, easily reached on foot from Agrustos with a pleasant stroll in the shade of the pine forest. Equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for guests, the beach also has a bar where you can get an ice cream or a refreshing drink between swims. The surrounding area has lots of small salt water ponds, close to the
beaches where birdwatchers can admire herons and pink flamingos.

Sa Capannizza beach, on the other hand, is one of Budoni’s best-known beaches and a favourite with families because of its size, fine white sand, pristine water and seabed.

Sa Marina is a small, hidden beach, also known as “the pink beach’” which takes its name not from the colour of the sand, but from the hundreds of small pink flowers that grow spontaneously on the sand.
