The extensive renovation project of Mangia’s Resorts is in line with Mangia’s and HIP’s commitment to sustainability and protecting the environment around the brand’s properties.
In addition to structural refurbishments and the installation of energy-efficient equipment, further energy saving measures will be introduced in the future as part of the Group’s ongoing ESG project.
People
Human Capital is of the utmost importance to the company, with up to 1500 staff employed during the high season. Investment in staff is a priority for Mangia’s as it expands, with the annual Mangia’s Academy now in its ninth year, giving employees the opportunity to specialise in their work by following professional training courses taught by experts in the field.
